Chef Maor Elkabatz is known in New York as Nathan , young and
passionate for food.He worked alongside some of America's greatest chefs
at a variety of Michelin star restaurants in New York City (Daniel, DB Bistro Modern..)
He began cooking at age of sixteen when he asked to work Leonardo Hotel in Jerusalem, Continued to work in a top restaurants of Jerusalem for 4 years.
From there he move to Tel Aviv for 2 years, worked in a top Italian restaurant and learn about the importance of seasonal food, seafood and classic dishes.
Maor moved to New York at age 22 working under chef Daniel Boulud at restaurant Daniel, trained chef. After training there for 2 years, he started working as a private chef for private clients in New York City.
Since he did a good job and customers loved the food, he increased the number of chefs and established the company US Private Chefs.
